Over the years, it's helped me lose more than 70 pounds, build confidence, and create a healthier life for myself.
But the reason fitness means so much to me today has very little to do with the number on a scale.
Like many women, I've gone through seasons of stress, uncertainty, change, and major life transitions.
And during those seasons, fitness became more than exercise.
It became a way to reconnect with myself. A way to clear my mind. A way to build confidence when life felt overwhelming. A way to keep a promise to myself, even on the hard days.
I've learned that fitness isn't really about becoming a different person.
It's about coming home to the person you already are.
It's about remembering that your health matters too.
